Roasted Parmesan Potatoes

This is a really easy, no nonsense potato side dish that works awesome with cheap ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs skin-on potatoes cut into about 1/2” cubes
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp course ground peoper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese (The Kraft stuff works great here)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Line a baking sheet and oil.
  3. Toss all the ingredients together in a bowl, then spread in an even layer on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
