This is a really easy, no nonsense potato side dish that works awesome with cheap ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs skin-on potatoes cut into about 1/2” cubes
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp course ground peoper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese (The Kraft stuff works great here)
Method
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Line a baking sheet and oil.
- Toss all the ingredients together in a bowl, then spread in an even layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
